     Provide skill based credentials to help secure employment

     Provide employers with workers that have documented skill proficiencies

     Create a pool of certified applicants that employers can hire with confidence

There are two certificates: Gold and Silver

The NCRC is based on examination in three WorkKeys skill Areas:
